Wadhwa Group of Companies is based in Dehradun and was started by Late Sh. Kamal Wadhwa in the year 1988. We are one of the fastest growing logistics company in North India and specialise in providing end to end solutions. We cater to more than 800 distributors in more than 80 towns in North India in primary & secondary operations.

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified for providing 3PL solutions and legal solutions. The management is well trained in C&F and consignee operations with courage of transition and implementing new modes of communication and tools of operation. The group has interests in carrying out operations in other states of North India.

Mrs. Meenakshi Wadhwa

Managing Director

As the Managing Director of the company, Mrs. Meenakshi Wadhwa provides overall leadership and strategic direction to the organization. In addition to overseeing administrative operations across all warehouses, she plays a key role in policy formulation and operational oversight. She ensures alignment between business objectives and execution, drives process efficiency, and upholds organizational values, compliance, and discipline. Her stewardship contributes significantly to the company’s stability, growth, and long-term vision.

Mr. Puneet Wadhwa

Logistics & Legal Head

Head of Operations and Legal, Mr. Puneet Wadhwa is an advocate by qualification who has seamlessly transitioned into overseeing both legal affairs and logistics operations for the company. He has been instrumental in enabling the organization to expand beyond state borders, ensuring smooth compliance, efficient supply chain movement, and operational continuity. Keen on learning new methodologies and building strong networks, he brings a progressive and solution-driven approach to strengthening the company’s operational framework.

Mrs. Smriti Wadhwa

HR & Finance Head

With a strong corporate background, Mrs. Smriti Wadhwa heads the Finance function while also overseeing Human Resources for the company. She plays a vital role in building a stable financial foundation and nurturing a people-first culture, ensuring long-term sustainability and continuity. Her balanced approach to financial stewardship and human capital management contributes significantly to strengthening the organization’s legacy and values-driven growth.

Growth

  1. In the year 2000, we banked upon the opportunity of starting our C&F operations in Uttarakhand. Philips was the company to help us kick start our business.
  2. Thereafter, we kept on adding other big brands to our portfolio like Asian Paints, Avon, SC Johnsons and each has provided us a boost to our venture
  3. In the year 2017, we joint ventured with Innovative Trade links Pvt Ltd to form Verve Logistics & Warehousing Pvt Ltd. Innovative Trade links Pvt Ltd is an established player in the industry and has been successfully carrying out 3PL Operations in Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Gaziabad with renowned brands and has more than 3lac sq foot of warehousing. This collaboration will give us more muscle on account of wider base across the regions, service quality , network and economies of scale in terms of optimizing cost .
